During the last 13 years our professional team has served thousands of property owners and investors and has become the key player of Hungarian property management market. Our main goal is to provide the widest and highest quality services in traditional property management tasks as well as in more extensive sense.


„One STOP SHOP” system


Our goal was to develop a “One Stop Shop” system where our client finds all the desired services in relation of the owned properties in one place, including among others:


  • communication with: common representatives, utility companies, tenants, local authorities, neighbors, etc.
  • renovation and construction with direct supervision,
  • take-over of new properties and ensuring guarantees validity,
  • periodic property inspection,
  • furnishing and interior design,
  • insurance,
  • energy efficiency certification,
  • property valuation before sales,
  • accounting and tax office reporting,
  • apartment maintenance and quick fixings,
  • renting and all tenant related administration,
  • representation on condominium general meetings
  • settling running costs during rental periods and in between.
Most of our clients live abroad, so it is important to us to ensure that they do not have to look anywhere else for services in relation of their property.


Property Management Services at Home Management

Our operation is based on expertise and security. We begin our cooperation by assigning a dedicated property manager for every single property owner. Our property managers are in direct contact with the clients (both property owners and tenants). His/her main responsibility is to manage all maintenance, rent and financial settlement related issues of the property.

We prepare a Status Report on each new property and put together a proposal in relation of necessary measures, maintenance, small fixes, next to which we also assess and provide a solution proposal with regard to due obligations towards utility companies or condominium committees if applicable. In addition, we advertise the properties for rent in cooperation with property agent colleagues and take active part in the finding of the best tenant.

Upon request we also prepare a proposal package in relation of the maintenance and utilization of the given property (residential or office use, or condominium establishment in case of more residential premises).

Our responsibilities include every task related to the preservation of property value, maintenance, utilization and management.

COMPANY'S FEES:
Management fee is 10% (for owner's with 5 or more apartments it may be reduced to 7%)
Rent commission: one month rent fee
Prolongation of lease contract: 15 000 HUF%

27% V.A.T. must be added to all of our service charges according to current Hungarian legistlation!
